Description
• Bachelor of Science preferably in Computer Science or Software Engineering.• 3+ years of experience in Software/Data Engineering related fields and relevant hands-on experience in implementing data transformations/mappings and integrations (near real-time or batch).
• Experience with any of these tools: Informatica, Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services, SAP Data Services, or any ETL enterprise tool.
• Strong XML/JSON parsing and XSLT skills: writing XML schemas, validating and troubleshooting schemas.
• Programming experience in any of the languages (.NET, JAVA, J2EE, JavaScript, etc).
• Strong familiarity with scripted languages (Perl, VBScript, Python, PowerShell, etc).
• Able to write and understand SQL code and principles of relational database design, tuning and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication in English (speaking, writing).
• The successful candidate must have the ability to communicate/explain ideas well and obtain buy in from different stakeholders including business non-technical roles.
• Comfortable in working with distributed multi-cultural teams (across regions and time zones).
• Familiar with Agile practices (e.g. SCRUM).
• Functional and technical knowledge of CRM related data models, tools and platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) will set you apart!
Nice to have:
• Experience with any Data Modelling techniques, BPML, UML, etc
• Experience with Azure cloud or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Expertize in RESTFul Web Service, APIs, industry standard integration patterns and best practices.
• Experience with monitoring solutions for operations and log aggregation tools: Splunk, Runscope, New Relic etc.
• Experience with any iPaaS offering (SnapLogic, Tibco, etc).
