Description

Admin Support wanted for our Luxembourg based client in the banking sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Excellent knowledge of capital markets
  • Economic background with work experience in wealth management or investment advisory
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Access
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Fulfilling administrative support for discretionary mandates including contract and restriction checks, model portfolio setup and maintenance of client database
  • Preparing investment proposals
  • Supporting of relationship managers regarding discretionary mandates
  • Performing setup of client database in MS Access
