- Role: VMware Engineer
Location: Strasbourg
Rate: €250 - €300 per day (depending on experience)

Our client, one of the world's foremost Consultancies, is looking to recruit a VMWare Engineer to join their client in Strasbourg, France.
This contract will run initially until the end of 2018 (with the option to extend) and will be based full time in Strasbourg.
This role will only pay for the days that you work.
The main responsibilities will involve maintaining VMware infrastructure, designing/implementing VMware solutions, adapt the configuration of server software and system components lifestyle management.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- 5 years of professional experience in the specific ICT domains as described below
- 3 years' experience with VMWare version V5.5 (current) and V6 (new);
- Knowledge of server virtualization software (VMware vSphere, VMware ESX) and server clustering techniques (VMware);
- In depth knowledge, to support, install and design VMWare environments;
- Able to configure identity and access management (Windows Active Directory and LDAP) and centralized IT security policy management;
- Unix Redhat (preferable knowledge)
