Resource 1 is looking for a Business Analyst for a 6-month contract for our client located in Plymouth, MN. Our client is looking for someone with solid business analysis experience, working with Developers to build business applications (ie, AS400, Supply Chain, Distribution). AS400 experience is highly desired for this position. The selected individual will act as a liaison between the business users and technical staff (AS400 Developers, Project Managers, Systems Analysts, etc.). Experience working within an Agile environment is a big plus for this position, since it's the current methodology. The individual will be responsible for gathering details requirements, creating user stories/use cases, creating function documentation and assisting with UAT (User Acceptance Testing). The individual will also assist with providing the documentation in support of new implementations, bug-fixes, user acceptance, etc. Individual must have very solid written/verbal communications skills and the ability to work with various levels of management.
