Paid Social Manager - Paid - PPC - Social Channels - Performance - Salesforce CRM - Broadcast - Media

Our well known digital broadcast client requires a Paid Social CRM Manager to use 1st party data (FPD) to personalise the companies paid social media advertising and optimise media engagement budgets.

This role will be instrumental in both the strategic development and hands-on operational management of the companies 1st party paid social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • This role will be 50% CRM and 50% Paid Social Media
  • Operational management and CRM team product leadership for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud 'Advertising Studio' platform
  • Develop and manage a data governance framework to enable co-ordination and prioritisation across a complex Matrix of different customer profiles used across multiple paid social media campaigns
  • Work collaboratively and cross discipline to plan and optimise campaign performance
  • Define and manage hands-on an 'in-house' and 'always-on' paid social media CRM operating model

Required Skills

  • Proven professional experience working as an Paid Social Manager with demonstrated experience in using 1st party data sets for targeted paid social advertising and/or social listening/CRM
  • Extensive CRM or data planning background with operational understanding of database marketing, targeting, profiling, scoring, suppression and segmentation strategy ideally Salesforce
  • Hands-on experience (preferably in-house rather than agency side) in executing paid social campaigns with proven knowledge of using paid/biddable media channels, management platforms, bidding strategy and targeting types
  • An impressive record of CRM or paid social media experience and success within a media, publishing or digital media organisation.
  • Experience with DMP, personalised web 121, recommendations engines, online participatory functionality, ad serving and programmatic desirable but not essential
