We are looking for Technical Project and Data quality Manager CRM for a well know pharmaceutical to work in Barcelona for 2 months contracts
Role Description:
We are looking to employ a competent Technical Project and Data quality Manager Expert who can define a business case (a project plan, cost proposal and technical architecture solution) and implement a global roll/out plan for the commercial community.
Objectives:
Deliver business case, a project proposal and cost estimation for a global roll-out for a customer data deduplication CRM project.
Define best deduplication strategy, IT architecture and analysis of deduplication rules for a global roll-out strategy.
Identify and understand risks and issues associated with data quality project implementation and propose best project and testing strategy to mitigate any potential risks and issues specially in the data privacy area and data quality, using expertise and best practices methodology.
To understand, distill and challenge functional requirements and deduplication rules, then effectively communicate those to IT and business resources. Contribute to deliver IT security and non-functional requirements.
To guide and delivery IT solution design documentation including but not limited to system architecture maps, technical requirements, data flows, feasibility assessment, IT security assessment as required. Familiar with making assessments of the various data quality tools in the market and provide recommendations.
Contribute in the analysis of deduplication and data quality tools and Reports on Data KPIs, during the project implementation.
Primary Deliverables include:
1. Contribute to a business case for the proposed solution aligning with both IT and business stakeholders including proposed project roll-out, architecture, cost implication, team structure, testing approach.
2. Delivery of a successful strategy and global implementation project roll-out on data deduplication ensuring technical, business, data privacy, legal and security requirements are met.
3. Responsible to ensure project methodology documentation is followed in the project implementation phase and it is aligned to the IT quality principles. Prepare to contribute on the project documentation when required.
Must have:
12+ years overall data quality management project experience on IT side.
8+ years of Project management experience working closely with both business and IT resources
5+ years of experience acting as SME on data quality and deduplication implementations for CRM
Demonstrated experience understanding business requirements and creating business cases for data quality tools aligning with business requirements, technical and security requirements, compliance and data privacy legislation.
Demostrated experience analysing the best approach to deliver data quality tools and contributing to RFPs ideally in the area of customer CRM deduplication.
Experience with large scale system and data quality implementation projects, integration, interfaces and data conversion.
Must be a strong team player with excellent communication skills at the business and technical level within the CRM and data deduplication arena, able to collaborate as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer results in a rapid paced implementation environment.
