Description
The Graduate/Junior IT Support Analyst sits within the IT Dept. as a Front of House face to provide 1st Line support to the business/users in the London office for large professional services company.
As Junior IT Support Analyst you will also collaborate with/provide support to Global Service Desk Team which provides support to approximately 4500 users.
You should have a relevant computing degree or qualification, any commercial experience of providing IT Support would be advantageous.
Tech Environment - Any experience in the following areas will be beneficial
- MS Office: 2010, 2016, O365 is desirable
- AD, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, FTP, Print Services, Security Certificates etc
- Citrix environments
- ITIL background
- Professional Services/Corporate/Enterprise companies
This is a contract role, initially for 6 months and with potential for long-term extension and growth opportunities.
