Description
Our Client delivers process optimization programmes with the Banking Sector and is looking to add Delivery Consultants to their team. The role will help drive Back Office process improvement in Client sites in India and China.
Working as part of a large delivery team, this person will help implement better ways of working to first line management. The role will be based 3 weeks in India and 1 week from home each month (all expenses paid for).
This is a fantastic assignment for someone who is open to the travel and enjoys influencing people/driving best practice process to embed better ways of working. To successfully deliver in this role you will need:
- Experience of optimising processes for a Back Office functions
- Some experience of working within the Financial Services Sector
- Exposure to Lean for Service or Lean Six Sigma is preferable
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and build trusted relationships quickly
A little more information about the role:
- Responsible for the day to day running of a large workstream or multiple streams
- Managing client-side stakeholders
- Ensure delivery of Operational Excellence best practice, process re-engineering and standardization activity
