End-User IT Support (HW and SW) - Near Vilvoorde, Belgium
Languages: DUTCH (fluent) and ENGLISH, FRENCH (desirable).
Skills and Experience:
- Wide knowledge base on end-user IT (HW and SW) in order to support the local users:
- Call handling
- Incident/change resolving when not possible from remote helpdesk
- Hardware moves
- Preparation new PC's
- Installation software
- Answer (simple) user questions about usage basic software.
