Description

Train (Rail) Software Test Manager required for a 6 month minimum contract.

Role:

- Organization and coordination of testing operations

- Communicating schedule issues and changes

- Defines the scope of work, business requirements and projects deliverables.

- Executes and delivers TCMS testing within time/costs/quality KPI's

- Identifies work required to achieve project deliverables.

- Prepares project timeline of project milestones and deliverables

- Tracks project progress according to selected and defined KPIs, while reporting project status.

- Reviews project documentation.

- Monitors & steers design and Implementation.

Qualification & Experience:

- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science/Software engineering/Electrical Engineering/Automatization or other relevant background.

- At least 5 years of experience in an engineering role working with software development, TCMS or wayside systems.

- Understanding of software requirements, architecture and design.

- Understanding of on-board electrical systems & schematics

- Experience in documenting implemented software and test parts

- Experience in testing & automation testing

- Extensive time management, problem solving skills, planning and organizational skills.

- Effective communicator. Great social and influencing skills.

- Great decision making and negotiation skills.

- Excellent English language skills are required
