Broadcast Engineer - Live TV - IT Technology - Final Cut Pro - Quantel - Windows Server 2012 - Microsoft Hyper-V Virtualisation
Our well known Media client is seeking a Broadcast Engineer who has in-depth knowledge and experience of supporting a variety of Broadcast and IT systems, within a fast-paced environment
Key responsibilities:
- Providing support to Broadcast systems both Radio and TV
- Working within a team providing 24 hour support, 7 days of the week, 365 days of the year
Key skills and Experience:
- Experience of using one o more Post production edit facilities such as: Quantel sQ Edit systems, Apple Macs, Final Cut Pro
- Experience of Production and TV Studios such as: Snell Kahuna and GVG Kayak Vision Mixers, Calrec Artemis sound desks, mosart and Miranda iTX automation, Quantel sQ Server broadcast Servers
- Use of Radio Edit and Playout Systems: Scisys dira! NG radio system
- Experience of Broadcast Infrastructure such as: Crystal Vision and Legacy Probel Vistek glue products, Delec Oratis intercom, Miranda nVision and Snell Pyxis Routers
- Experience of using Microsoft Hyper-V Virtualisation and Windows Server 2012
