Personal Assistant - Halifax - 6Months - £200 - £220 Per Day

We are currently recruiting a Personal Assistant to assist 5 Head Of's within the IT area of a leading UK Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing two very busy calendars and it's essential that they are able to plan and prioritise so that the Head Of's time is used as effectively as possible. The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on attention to detail and the ability to engage with colleagues at all levels. They must also be proactive and flexible in their approach.

Key Accountabilities:

Demonstrate corecompany values and behaviours.
Proactive diary management taking into account the commitments and requirements of the Head Of's. Ensuring time is used effectively, and taking into consideration current business issues and sensitivities.
Plan and prioritise a demanding schedule and produce comprehensive information to support all appointments.
Scheduling high level internal and external meetings/calls for director and his leadership team - often coordinating the availability of senior colleagues from across the Group
Co-ordinate and arrange travel, venue bookings, refreshments and overnight accommodation for internal and external meetings and away days.
Processing expenses and checking expenses claims received from Direct Reports within the team.
Responsible for all secretarial services and general office duties. For example printing, scanning and photocopying.
Read and action incoming queries via e-mail, telephone and post, deciding on priorities/actions.
Absence and annual leave tracking for various Direct Reports.
Providing cover for other PAs within the team when necessary.
Prioritise workflows during absences, using own initiative and judgement from knowledge of key issues as to what action needs to be taken and when more complex issues require escalation.
Engage with senior stakeholders within the team and outside, clarifying requirements to support business decisions.
