Drupal Developer/Administrator

Whitehall resources are currently recruiting for a Drupal Developer/Administrator for our client in Den Haag, Netherlands.

Assignment:
Each service unit has a migration coordinator who is responsible for the migration of his or her service component, The tasks and responsibilities concern the applications (what should be included, owners, key users, test and acceptance), communication (plan, toolbox, expressions) and roll-out (together with DUO provide a detailed migration planning, coordination and facilitating roll-out)

Activities:
- Drafting of planning and progress reporting for the migration of the BD, in line with DUO's plans
- Representing the administrative department in various consultations DUO and program
- Drafting, tuning and (having) carried out the communication plan.
- Drafting proposals and advice for the steering committee migration steering board.
- Preparing annotations for the chairman of the steering committee for consultation of the program board.
- Ensure an adequate and well-coordinated migration plan for the management department.

Knock-out requirements:
- HBO/academic work and think level (demonstrable on the basis of diploma on CV)

- Knowledge of modern workplace concepts such as application virtualization

Experience needed:
- You have at least 4years experience with Drupal Back End as administrator or developer and have excellent knowledge of Drupal 6.7 and 8.
- You have good knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and the Drupal-hook and template system.
- You preferably have knowledge of caching systems, such as Varnish and memcache, and Solr (cloud).
- You have a feeling for development and management, but you mainly distinguish yourself through your experience in developing good customer solutions.
- You are experienced in writing technical implementation plans and can also translate this to a functional level for clients.
- You preferably have experience with Agile and Scrum.
- You are familiar with developing in Linux.
- You have extensive experience with Back End, and are familiar with the use of Drupal modules, PHP and SASS/LESS.
- You have experience with Javascript and jQuery.
- You have experience with building responsive websites and building accessible websites according to the standards
- You have knowledge and experience with GIT.
- You preferably have experience with continuous integration and delivery.
- You are skilled in guiding total solutions, from customer requirements to implementation.
- You can explain content, services, policies and processes, new ideas and concepts to the team and management.
- You are skilled in assessing the quality and usability of developed operational products, services, policies and processes, and the impact on the environment.
- You are motivated, ambitious and creative.
- You are enthusiastic and proactive.
- You have the drive to continuously work on improving products
- and services.
- You are communicative and able to connect.
