Description
We are currently looking for a "PMO (m/f)" for our customer from the telecommunications industry with the following basic conditions:Location: Newbury (UK)
Start: asap
Duration: 6 months+
Tasks:
• Writing documents and liaising with the programme stakeholders to support processes
• Identify gaps and help define processes
• Support processes such as Change Management
• Adaptation and optimisation of processes
• Align all Work Order related issues with the project managers on the team
• Monitor all budget related topics with the concerned stakeholders
• Help setting up & implementing operational models ( ops models)
Requirements:
• Some technical knowledge of network connectivity services/networks etc
• Operational/service management background
• documentation/defining process flows
• Communication skills and organisation are a must
• Liaising with various stakeholders for various workstreams
