Role: IT (Operational Acceptance Testing) "OAT" Manager
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Contract - 3 months
Accommodation and travel will be reimbursed

Key Objectives:
- Successful delivery of the new system into live operation
- Produce and own the plan for IT Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT)
- Produce and own the plan for the technical implementation
- Own and manage the IT activities for OAT and technical implementation
- Define the technical approach to OAT and implementation
- Ensure the alignment of OAT and implementation plans across all work-streams
Key Deliverables:
- OAT Plan
- Technical Implementation plan
- Weekly status report
Responsibilities:
- The development and management of a detailed plan for the Operation Acceptance Testing and the technical implementation for the project, with input and agreement from the technical and business work-stream team members.
- Day to day project management of the activities described in the plan.
- Actively engage third party suppliers including the software vendor and outsourced infrastructure service partner
- Actively engage internal stakeholders including the Support team and Environments team.
- Managing the required resources to deliver the planned activities.
- Ensure appropriate sign-off is obtained for approval to promote technical deliverables to production.
- Chair a regular OAT and Implementation meeting and ensure clear agendas are prepared and actions are tracked and managed.
- Work with the core managers and Programme Manager to support a cohesive project delivery.
- Identify and manage risks and issues arising from the work-stream.
- Provide regular and timely weekly reports to the Technical Project Manager.
- Ensure all deliverables are quality checked and fit for purpose.
- This role reports to the Technical Project Manager.
