Number Management Support - Admin - Reporting
Primarily responsible to work in conjunction with and support existing Number Management Engineers to co-ordinate and respond to numbering requests received by the team in support of customer order requests. This includes allocation of number blocks associated to the correct Product type and understand the Vodafone network routing of number blocks to ensure the provisioning process can be completed with nil rework.
Applicant will be expected to work in a significantly independent way to ensure are completed on time and team workflows are maintained with orders dealt with accordingly.
You will have responsibility to ensure the business meets its obligations surrounding 999 order sign-off within OFCOM regulations.
Reports will be expected to be produced to demonstrate throughput of orders.
Quality of work is paramount, therefore seeking guidance if unsure of any request made of you is mandatory.
Update Vodafone propritory order systems as required.
Provide support to colleagues and line management operating to a good level of standards and operating procedures.
Provide during UK office hours technical and process support.
- Excellent clerical background on typical office IT tools.
- Minimum 2 years of telecoms experience
- Clear and concise communication skills both verbal and written to support role
- Demonstrate practical experience knowledge gained through working in a similar role.
- Understanding of the UK Telephony numbering scheme and how it works.
