• Collect data to gain a better insight of the state of Assets Fleets and so improve the Quality of the services
For a new project within the program, we are looking for a Business Consultant preferably with Digitalization Experience.
Service description:
• One of the goals of the program is to eliminate the printed documents in the field. Here for the Business Consultant will need to research which documents are used and make an inventory of these documents. The inventory must elaborate with many aspects (process flow, population, importance, purpose…). Activities expected from the Digitalization Expert:
• Gather business requirements and document process flows, business requirements, reporting of projects ...
• Create and execute test plans.
• Maintain business contacts on different levels and for all Assets departments.
• Prepare, organize and give trainings to the business.
• Support business in the use of tools and analyse change requests/bugs.
• Learn about other projects by supporting the Program team
• Support the Program Manager in following up the actions across the team
• Support the Program Manager in executing the communication plan
• Support the Program Manager in daily tasks
