Description

LAM Administrator

Knutsford
6 Month contract to start with.
£400 per day.

Role Purpose:

- To support the Security Risk LAM Manager, in all areas of User and Logical Access Management (UAM/LAM), including SOX compliance
- Manage and support the Strategic LAM Tool on behalf of Commercial, Retail Banking and Global Payments

Key Accountabilities: Audit 75% - 90%:

- Provide an escalation point for all Supplier and Business areas to report to the UK LAM Manager
- Manage the UKB LAM Grey List reviews; this will ultimately involve over 200 SOx & Business critical applications, gradually building up over the coming years.
- Manage the UKB LAM Segregation of Duties Breaches with the Business Managers and/or Application Owners.
- Manage the UKB LAM Risk Triggered Reviews with the business; this will ultimately involve over 200 critical applications.
- Assist in the follow up activity ensuring that all UKB Business Area attestations & Cross Cluster attestations are received within SLA.
- Maintain a central library for all copies of operating models, procedures and processes
- Working to agreed reporting schedule, delivery & collation of timely MI to internal and external customers.
- Acting as a key point of contact for the resolution of any Business LAM related queries.
- Responding in a timely manner to ad-hoc data requests.
- Support cleansing activities for business critical applications prior to uploading into Strategic LAM tool
- Carry out other duties as required by Line Manager.

Team Working 25%-10%

- Build and maintain positive relationships with all UKB Business Managers, Cross Cluster LAM representatives & System Administrators; i.e. Service Point & Assist
- Attend and Contribute to Team Meetings
- Support team by sharing knowledge with other team members
- Project/Change and Integration 10% - 20%
- Assist in the LAM CIGLS Workstream.
- Manage agreed milestones and workstreams

Person Specification: Essential:

- Working knowledge of the business
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Self-starter who assumes ownership of initiatives
- A developed understanding of the audit principles and knowledge of systems security relating to user access
- Knowledge of the Bank's policies and standards, particularly those relating to Logical Access Management
- Proficiency in performing analysis and reporting activity
- Quality Assurance High Standards & Controls
- Communication/Influence
- Planning & Organising
- Team Building/Team Player

Preferred:

- Working knowledge of a number of the Banks core applications, e.g. Customer gateway/ADIR, SOLD, AFTS, Hogan, LA etc
- Understanding of the Group's hierarchical organisational structure
- Previous data manipulation and report creation experience, ideally in a commercial environment.
