For this Investment Banking giant we are looking for a Derivatives Drafter.
- Awareness of Derivative Structured Note process flows/characteristics and life cycles
- ISDA Documentation
- Excellent communication, negotiation and time management skills.
- Experience of Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong background in Credit Derivatives, Equity derivatives, Rates and Emerging Market products. Prior experience of structured notes
- Prior and current understanding and experience of regulatory initiatives and programmes of work.
- Final terms/notes drafting experience
- 10 - 20 notes per day
- Final supplement
- Cross asset, equity derivatives, rates, credit and FX
- ISDA background
- Work in tight deadlines
- Facing off to legal and Front Office
- Documentation role - DRAFTER experience
- Steering away from paralegal this time
