Description

IDPP is currently looking for an Administrator in Welwyn Garden City. We are representing a multinational Financial Services Corporation, their principal business is to process payments between the banks of merchants and the card issuing banks or credit unions of the purchasers who use debit, credit and prepaid brands to make purchases.

Working within a busy Customer Implementation team the role of our Administrator is to support the Project Coordinators to deliver various Omni Channel Payment Solutions. The role is varied and involves communication with Customers and Internal/External Stakeholders. The workload is determined by our Customer Orders and is set by the team of Project Coordinators.

Responsibilities

  • Inbox Management
  • Answering and fielding calls
  • Filing
  • Management of data spreadsheets
  • Raising order forms for hardware
  • Onboarding of customer accounts
  • Bank Liaison
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Raising billing requests
  • Processing Terminations
  • Processing RMR's
  • Assisting with Support requests
