ServiceNow Technical Consultant - contract - London - Onsite - Architecture/Design - Development
As the ServiceNow Technical Consultant you will be part of an innovative team, working to develop service management solutions using the ServiceNow platform
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record building application in a relevant environment and able to demonstrate the following skills:
The role will include:
- The development and configuration of a variety of areas including, but not limited to Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Release/SDLC, Asset Management, Configuration Management (CMDB), Project, Time Cards, CMS, and Reporting, Performance Analytics, Service Portal
- Collaboration with team members to define, analyse, understand and document technical requirements.
- Design and develop/configure workflows, forms, scripts and underlying logic.
- Create technical architecture, design and user guide documentation.
- Coach and oversee the activities of ServiceNow support resources on an as-needed basis.
- Strong programming experience, including JavaScript, Jelly, HTML and XHTML, XML, CSS, AJAX
- Experience dealing with internal customers and end-users
- Knowledge of Enterprise Systems management, IT service management or IT best practices including the ITIL framework would be an advantage
Job Title: ServiceNow Developer/Technical Consultant
Location: Central, London (Near Victoria Station)
Duration: 6 month rolling contract
Rate: £550/£600 Per Day (4 days onsite for 3 months, 3 days onsite thereafter)
