Description

We are looking for a short term Desktop Analyst contractor who has experience with MAC and Windows.

You will be providing 1st and 2nd line support for internal and remote users for Hardware and Software issues such as Desktops, Laptops, PDA's, Printers and MAC. As well as performing as an escalation point for other teams. You will also be directly supporting the business by contributing in the areas of desktop support systems and the first line of customer contact.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting the issues, recording the issue and working with the customer to solve the fault either remotely or at the deskside. You will adhere to change process and follow up any open tickets to service level agreements.

You must be must be experienced in working within Desktop and Laptop support especially in MAC and Windows, Cisco VOIP or equivalent phones and Smart Phone (PDA's) Experience of updating software technologies, supporting Windows Operating systems XP, 2007, 2008, Mac Server and Microsoft Office Suite.

You may have experience of working within and ITIL environment.
