Team Assistant
6 months contract
£22 per hour
Canary Wharf
The role's primary focus is to support the Management Team in London by liaising with the various functions and people that assist in achieving their goals.
Key Accountabilities
- Assisting with diary management for all senior team members
- Logistics for all meetings/workshops/events ie room bookings, VC requirements, catering, both within UK and globally (internal and external)
- Managing the reoccurring meeting spreadsheet and keeping it up to date
- Business travel arrangements for senior team members (both UK and International)
- Ensuring all agendas, packs and materials are compiled and distributed before meetings, following up on actionable items and ensuring deadlines are met
- Organising weekly Business Plan meetings, printing materials and co-ordinating setup with AV
- Setting up of new joiners which entails arranging kit, email accounts, building access etc
- Management of the departmental floor plan including moves and changes
- Ordering of equipment and stationery from Eprocurment system
- Expenses via SAPExpense

- Polished, highly proactive and forward-thinking person with a hard working, committed, flexible, and can-do approach
- Be able to establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Dynamic, assertive character, patient and discrete
- Ability to work independently
Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications
- Educated to A level or equivalent standard
- Effective planning and time management skills
- Flexible & organised approach
- Must be aware of confidentiality issues
