Information Technology Sales Lead - West Yorkshire
The IT sales lead is responsible for further development of the business' hosted solutions division and will take ownership of growing this function. They are looking for an experienced individual who can hit the ground running and bring an existing portfolio of potential leads to the business.

iSource IT's client work in three key areas, IT Solutions, Telecoms and Cyber Security. They work with a wide variety of customers across a range of sectors to ensure their IT needs are fully delivered - from one off solutions to a fully Managed Services.
Due to continued growth and success they are now hiring an experienced The IT sales lead to join the Business Development team. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the UK.
Working in a small but growing team, you will be responsible for selling our range of IT solutions and services to customers across the UK.
Responsibilities
Including but not limited to
- Maximise growth potential within the business' existing client base, analysing and identifying opportunities to increase account revenue.
- Leverage existing contacts to rapidly expand the business' customer base.
- Selling the business's hosted IT Solutions into new prospect accounts
- Act as the SME for the business' Partner technologies.
- Develop and maintain new and existing business relationships, ensuring future renewals and increasing the business' brand awareness.
- Develop and maintain and a healthy sales pipeline.
- Mentor account managers and junior team members
- Assist in writing proposals and RFIs.
The Individual
We would expect the successful candidate to have the following traits/experience
- A proven track record in selling cyber and information security services
- Successfully growing sales teams.
- Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- The ability to close complex deals.
- Experience in identifying potential business opportunities
- Extensive experience in license sales (Microsoft ideally)
- Good knowledge of Office 365 Suite
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills
- Come from a technical background or demonstrate a satisfactory level of technical knowledge
(Network security/windows/storage/virtualisation/Internet protocols desirable)
- Vendor accreditations
- Previous experience in a mentoring role
- A forward thinking, entrepreneurial attitude
- Previous experience in similar environment
