Working with this leading telco - the need for a strong Project Coordinator is required to join and coordinate cross-business teams to deliver the tactical capabilities for the business and introduction of new technologies.
The Project Coordinator will interface and work closely with key stakeholders primarily within the business. This is a hands-on delivery focussed role, it will require an energetic professional with solid experience in stakeholder engagement, schedule management and an ability to work both independently and in a virtual team environment to get the planned outcomes.
Working as a key member of the Service Team, core responsibilities include coordinating the various steps in resource allocation, cost recovery assignment, monthly financial adjustments, and financial reporting. Further accountabilities include project administration, assisting with tool implementation programs, office logistics (including managing access to IT systems and floor plan etc), coordinating delivery of team training, inducting new team members and stakeholder management.
Key responsibilities will include:
Accurately represent the project status towards all impacted stakeholders, including key risks, issues and dependencies towards all customers and suppliers.
Coordinate periodic cadence of project review & update forums, along with creating, updating and maintaining reports required for communicating progress to key stakeholders.
Working alongside the Servic Portfolio Manager to perform short and long-term project planning, prioritisation and pipeline management of all initiatives related to the program.
Advanced excel and financial reporting skills are required for this role.
