Role: Functional Consultant
Location: Surrey
Type: Contract
Length: 6 months with expected renewals for 2 years
Day rate: £300 - £400 per day
Capita are working with a Digital Transformation Consultancy based in Surrey to hire a Functional Consultant. The projects you will be involved in will be in the financial services sector.
This role is for a Functional Consultant who can interpret client Business Requirements into solution designs within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM).
This is varied role requiring a multi-disciplined set of skills to cover a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Implementation Lifecycle, including:
- Design of appropriate Microsoft Dynamics solutions
- Application Configuration
- Solution Testing
Required experience:
- Knowledge and experience with Dynamics 365 (CRM) is key for this role.
- Product certification would be an advantage
- Dynamics 365/CRM: 3-5 years min
- Knowledge of insurance sector would be an advantage
