Interim Head of Capital Development - NHS - 6 months - VSM
I am working with a large NHS organisation in London who are looking for a Head of Capital Development to assist with their significant build programme. They can offer flexible working hours and one-day remote working if suitable.
Skills/Requirements:
-Experience managing a large direct team along with extended contractors and stakeholders
-Managed significant build programmes £50m+ including new builds and refurbishments
-Member of professional body or chartered status
-Strong leadership attributes and ability to communicate with stakeholders effectively including board level
Healthcare experience is beneficial.
