Description
Procurement Officer is urgently required for a contract based in Central London within a highly recognised and successful organisation.
We are looking for an experienced and seasoned Procurement professional who has proven experience monitoring, reviewing, challenging and approving Purchase Requisitions within a large scale organisation, within both IT and wider business units.
You will have a background of being that 'Gatekeeper', ensuring not only that the PR's have been successfully and correctly validated, but also that cost saving is being delivered where possible back to the business.
You will possess;
- Proven experience within a Procurement role
- Experience monitoring, challenging and approving Purchase Requisitions
- Successful background facilitating cost saving across a large business
- Validation of PR's and relevant PR processes including vendor management
- Confidence and experience working with stakeholders of all levels managing expectations against business and strategic objectives
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
