A pioneering disruptive FinTech business is looking for a Financial Controller to take on the responsibility for multiple entities across the Group through a period of process optimisation.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who wants to leave their mark on a progressive FinTech company. You'll have ownership of a team of 10 and report into the Finance Director. The hiring manager describes the role as:

To be considered for the role you will need to have:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified Accountant
- Clear track record of improving processes as the business needs someone to identify and action areas of inefficiency
- 3-5 years banking experience in small or large banks
- Strong technical knowledge (Required: IRFS/VAT/Tax - Desirable: CASS)
- Advanced understanding of financial systems (Sun and Intellimatch experience is advantageous)
- Strong management/leadership skills

- When needed you will support the needs of the Board and the Risk and Audit Committee.
- The successful candidate will improve the efficiency across the Financial Control function.
- You will be actively contributing to and leading projects as and when required.
- Build/lead/manage a high performing financial control team.
- Managing of the annual statutory reporting and liaise auditing services to ensure compliance.
- Timely and accurate preparation of all other statutory and regulatory returns.
