Looking for a Employer Engagement Manager to work with a public sector client.
Job Title: Employer Engagement Manager
Daily Pay Rates: £250 UMB (Inside IR35)
Hours:7.4 Weekly 37
Location: The post is London based, currently in Riverside House. Note that the office will be relocating to Holborn in July 2018.

Key accountabilities
1. Developing a strategy and framework for employer engagement nationally covering industry sectors and defining the order of priority for engagement.
2. Establish a forward and sustainable pipeline of appointments with employers.
3. Overseeing the development of this channel to meet appointment forecasts.
4. Engage with internal teams to co-ordinate and ensure that appointment generation is resourced and in line with capacity.
5. Proactively working across organisational boundaries identifying and sharing best practice to continually improve the service.
6. Ensure that the strategy and framework is cost effective and affordable for the future service.
7. Contributing to regular stand up and showcase to keep wider team informed of progress.
Specification:
1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
2. Experience of delivering through partners and suppliers
3. Experience of working in and across industry and aware of successful methods of engaging employers
4. Proactive and able to work on own initiative
