Key activities:
-Design and implementation of IT business solutions using Web, Java and Microsoft technologies.
-Improve, support and maintain the existing applications such as e-Commerce, CRM and Document Management System.
-Participate in project phase as technical area specialist when appropriate.
-Perform various tasks to support ongoing operations.
-Deliver 2nd level support.
-Provide adequate periodical and on demand reporting to up-line manager.
-Support the business with operational and ad-hoc incident/demands changes
-Ensure that all service levels and targets are acheived
Key Qualifications required:
-Graduate level degree qualification, preferably in Information Technology/Computer Science or relevant working experience
-Programming skills in Java, JavaScript, Angluar 2 and above, and REST API
-Knowledge in the latest advances and trends in eCommerce and web technologies
-Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics CRM will be an asset
-Fluency in English
-Ability to work independently as well as in a team
