Description
We are a consulting firm and are to deliver a performance improvement program for a consumer goods company operating in Argentina and Chile.The objective of the project are to :
- deliver cost savings in all areas (manufacturing, procurement, SG&A,...)
- review the manufacturing and logistics footprint and implement a new one
- review the general organization and develop a more efficient design.
Candidates will be working the supervision of our Senior Manager and Partners and are expected to :
- collect information including through interviews
- moderate workshops
- analyze data
- deliver reports and make presentation
- assist the implementation of our recommendations
Their core skills should be around :
- supply chain
- cost reduction / lean management
- reorganization/transformation
- IT implementation will be considered as well.
Work will be conducted both in English and Spanish.
Project will last 6 months full time at least and will include travels between Argentina and Chile, therefore candidates based either in Buenos Aires or Santiago are welcome.
Package will be attractive and depending on experience.
