Company Profil:The customer is a global acting Tier1 in the Automotive industry, head quartered in Spain. It is devoted to research, development, manufacturing, and marketing of advanced technology in vision, safety, connectivity, and efficiency systems for the motor and mobility sectors.
For an important customer project serving more then one vehicle platform, we look for a Software-Projektmanager leading a bigger team.
Position:
- Software project management for international project in the embedded automotive sector
- Professional leadership of international software project teams
- Control and coordination of all software topics and leadership of the Software Change Control Board
- Planning and monitoring of software development activities, deadlines and costs
- Ensuring all quality assurance measures, active error tracking and evaluation
- Coordination with the overall project for the development
- Contact for the customer with technical questions
Your experience:
- University degree in (technical) computer science, electrical engineering, communications engineering or a comparable field of study
- Good knowledge of development processes according to CMMI or Automotive SPICE, real-time operating systems on embedded controllers, methodology and tools of change management and the development of safety-critical software according to ISO 26262
- In-depth experience in project management (including methods and tools) in the automotive and supplier industry, also in the international environment
- Secure mastery of tools and processes for change management, configuration management and requirements management
- Experience in dealing with intercultural teams as well as persuasiveness and assertiveness
- Self-initiative, systematic and structured way of working
- Very good English knowledge in spoken and written
