IT Architects, Join our team in Luxembourg. You will have the opportunity to work together with an experienced international team, in the heart of Europe on applications supporting the daily work of those securing and protecting the EU's borders.
You will be leading the design and implementation of a new software platform to manage Customs declarations and processing. Your work will play a key part in ensuring that all items entering the EU are compliant with the relevant standards, both in terms of Health and Safety and functionality.
The ideal candidate will have experience with
- Definition and review of IT Architecture
- Experience with Devops and nextgen architecture Hadoop, Spark, Python, Java
- Validation of IT requirements specifications, from Enterprise Architecture to IT Infrastructure
- IT Systems testing/validation specification
- Definition and review of NFRs and SLAs
- Certification such as ITIL, Prince 2 and/or Scrum are considered a strong asset
The candidate should be fluent in English with very good writing skills in English. French is considered as a major asset.
This long term position is Luxembourg based, with a minimum of 3 days a week over the next 4 years.
