Description

Our client, a large financial services organisation based in Edinburgh, is looking for a Proposition Manager to work within Insurance for a Customer Experience Programme. The initial contract will be for 6 months and pay up-to £340 per day.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading on proposition changes, including products, processes and marketing collateral. You will lead and deliver Proposition changes such as product and pricing changes, changes to Customer Journeys, Marketing Collateral and develop new telephony and/or digital capabilities. You will report to the Senior Proposition Manager.

You will have:
*Proven experience in a similar role
*Strong knowledge of Financial Services Products,
*Knowledge of Pensions products, specifically income drawdown
*Good knowledge of customer solutions
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*The ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
