Description
Job-specific requirements:• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in IT development projects. You are interested in the Insurance sector or financial sector in general
• Having experience in a document management solution is of course an asset
• Good to have Scriptura Engage designer tool experience
• Good to have Agile software development experience
• You speak fluently French, Dutch and English
• Thanks to a results-oriented spirit, you make sure to provide effective solutions
• You learn quickly, you have an analytical mind and you are able to diagnose problems effectively. You have a good personal organization, you are attentive to the details and you quickly understand the essentials in a question
• You like the challenge of complex implementations
• You possess the empathy-skills to understand and translate the needs of the customer and to bring this over to the team members
IT technical skills:
• Practical software programming experience is required, knowledge of Java in particular is a plus
• Knowledge of Git & XML related technologies (XPath, XSLT, XQuery, XForms) is required
