Description
Skills requested are:• MSSQL (we need to migrate databases and set up new databases/database servers)
• IIS (we are migrating sites, and most sites also use MSSQL so the combination of IIS+MSSQL is preferred)
• General sysadmin skills (specifically Windows Server, VM’s, DNS and IP address/VLAN configuration knowledge)
The work we need to do:
• Migrate applications that are hosted on Windows servers, and their corresponding MSSQL databases
• DNS changes to internal and external sites
• Testing of new configurations
• Shutting down ‘old’ servers after move
