- Driving the designing and execution of an end to end test strategy.
- Designing and implementing a sustainable and reusable testing framework, suitable for cloud environments.
- Designing testing solutions to seamlessly integrate into CI/CD pipelines.
- Handling and management of test data from disparate sources.
- Advising customers on best practices and able to challenge all levels of stakeholders to ensure correct implementation.
- Apart from the above, tech skills like Selenium, Cucumber, BDD etc.
- Soft Skills (VERY IMPORTANT) - Strong leadership skills, inquisitive, confident and assertive. Able to steer a group including customers rather than waiting for direction.
