Data Analyst - Japanese
Based in the heart of Dublin's Silicon Docks (Dublin 2), our client has been at the forefront in changing the Internet and online technologies as we know it.
They require a Data Analyst, with 1-2 years plus experience in a Data Analyst/Business Analyst/Software Engineering/consultancy role and a good level of Japanese.
Initially on a 7-month contract, in this role you will be responsible for receiving inbound requests from Partners & advertisers and securing advertiser permission to share their data.

A General Day:
- Follow detailed process documentation to extract brand-level data from systems for third-party Media Mix Models (MMMs) and deliver a data report.
- Validate the correct data sharing permissions are in place and help secure them if not
- Use Adwords, Reservation and DoubleClick systems reporting to manage campaign information.
- Extract reports from systems using the inputs generated and ensure the report processes.
- Ensure the data is accurate by quality checking the data against internal systems.
- Send the validated data reports to stakeholders.
- Communicate on email/video conference/phone with internal and external stakeholders about the data request to clarify discrepancies and deliver final reports.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 1-2 years plus experience in a Data Analyst/Business Analyst/Software Engineering/consultancy role
- Fluency in English and a good level of Japanese (able to understand an read Japanese)
- Basic SQL skills would be an advantage but are not a must have
- Experience working with data reporting and/or extracting information from dashboards/user interfaces
- Ability to use sound business judgement/critical thinking to correctly assess data & categorization
