Description
- Experience in QAD (MFG/PRO) implementing at least one end to end Project, along with working experience in Rollouts, Upgrade or Support.
- Must have QAD implementation experience covering various aspects of ERP implementation like Process mapping, Design, Configuration, Documentation, Training, Test scripts, data migration, functional co-ordination for the project and post-implementation support.
- Good Knowledge on Core sub modules like Procure to Pay, Supply chain management.
- Experience in Customizing and Enhancements/Developments of new processes.
- Good knowledge of QAD finance
- Good understanding on Localization concepts.
- Experience in manufacturing domain
- Experience in analysis, design, development, deployment &documentation of various processes.
- Excellent communication & team management skills
- Good written and verbal skills & team skills
- Willing to Travel
- Conducting Meetings with business process owners to study and understand the client existing business process (AS IS) and spend functionality.
- Mapping QAD attributes to EDW Application.
- Mapping the functionality of Procure to Pay.
- Coordinating with Business and Data warehouse team on Requirement.
- Documentation of each process and getting management consensus on each one of them.
- Designing process flow diagrams for all End to End Processes of client.
- Study and understanding the restructuring requirements of client and proposing the best possible solution.
- Experience in developing Unit Test Plan and Execution, Integration Test Plan and Execution, Supporting UAT, Supporting System Integration Testing.
- Providing Post production support during the hyper care.
- Need to work with other team members in conducting internal trainings, knowledge sharing sessions etc.
- Work in onsite - offshore model for solution delivery.
- Manage the Solution Delivery (Projects), proposal response, create new business, process improvements, Post-Go Live Support.
- Manage the Knowledge Transfer of the Solution Delivered to the Service Delivery Team.
