Description

My client, a consulting business requires an experienced RPA Developer for one of their FMCG clients. The consulting business is assisting in deploying the required number of Bots of the automation solution to client's production environment. A Business Analyst in the consulting business is responsible for managing and executing a RPA roadmap that solve for the business problems/opportunities of key customer(s) through usage of methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, Business process re-engineering or Digital/Analytics solutions. The role would be responsible for the effective delivery of the project through working with cross functional global teams to favourably impact the business outcomes of the customer. Given the nature of the role and distribution of the teams, the role may require travel and flexibility. This provides an opportunity to work in cross-functional environment where soft skills come to the fore more often, gives exposure to senior stakeholders - internal and external.

Expectation:

Work closely with the Technical team, Solution Team and Operating teams to ensure technical solution governance.

Conduct workshops with client's SMEs and create full life cycle assessment to include requirements, activities and design to achieve contractual productivity.

Document all defined key-stroke level detailed rules and interactions of the solution with the In-Scope Business processes.

Create Level 5 desegregation for the in-scope processes.

Create Process Description Documents for the in-scope processes.

Work closely with the development team, providing insights gained at process assessment.

Conduct User Acceptance Testing of the automation.
