Yardi Specialist/Business Analyst required for a London based Investment Management client for an initial 18 month contract.
Please note the ideal candidate MUST have an understanding of Property Managenent, Service charge, Accounting and Real Estate Investor reporting within a Financial Services and/or Property Management client.
Candidate Summary:
A Yardi subject matter expert with proven experience implementing and running Yardi Voyager within a large Fund Management, Asset Management or Property Management environment. In depth understanding of property asset management processes, systems and data Extensive experience of system implementations and support in an enterprise environment Experience working on large-scale systems and implementations from start to finish and have proven experience training new users to use Yardi's Property Management level functionality including AP, AR, Service Charge, and bookkeeping.
Qualification Summary:
This role requires a minimum of 3 years experience implementing and running Yardi Voyager within investment banking or property management envoroment. In addition to being a Yardi subject matter expert the resource needs to have a good understanding of Property Managenent, Service charge, Accounting and Real Estate Investor reporting.
