Project situation:
- In Q4 2017 the UK Home Heating launched a minimum viable product (MVP) online proposition to test and learn appetite for customers to purchase boilers on line.
- In 2018 this MVP needs to be evolved in to a scalable solution that provides the optimal customer experience.
Target of the project:
- Outcome: remodeled online proposition, increased sales, other improvement of KPIs as defined
Technical tasks
- Working with the UK Home Heating team and obtaining analysis of as-is MVP customer journey so far and recommendations and evolving over time based on line journey stats, definition of appropriate measures and their implementation
Required Experience:
- Strong problem-solving skills based on a robust foundation of datadriven and emotional insights, articulated into simple, clear and engaging storytelling
- Defining and delivering differentiated customer value, through innovative customer experience design and driving solutions to completion
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment
- Proven experience of C level consultancy and engagement
