Our client, one of the world's largest consultancies, is looking to recruit an experienced Database Administrator to join their client in Stockholm, Sweden.
This contract will run initially until the end of 2019 (with the option to extend) and will be based full time in Stockholm.
The day to day activities will include the following:
- Database server administration
- Application installation and integration on production systems
- Creation and maintenance of documentation and work instructions regarding the database environments
- Incident analysis and resolution in cooperation with the application developers and the Front office administrators
- Review of queries and optimisation of them
- Backup/restore
- Disaster recovery
- Automating administration tasks
- Maintaining and enhancing security
The day rate for this role is between €350 and €400 depending on experience.
