Product Assurance Specialist - (Clinical/Policy/Assurance/Procurement)
Contract opportunity available for a Product Assurance Specialist to support delivery based upon customer requirements through effective working in a small team and supporting the team leader in delivering the requirements of the Clinical and Product Assurance strategies.
- Ensuring robust, consistent and standardised transparent procedures are followed for product evaluation and quality assurance
- Ensuring appropriate feedback is reported to the senior management team to support the Intelligent Client Coordinator with strategy sign off for each contract holder
- Using early warnings indicators to proactively manage risk factors to ensure the Clinical and Product agenda is a priority within the service provider towers and across the organisation
- Ensuring the high standard of service to customers that is expected is provided by the service provider towers
- Growing and establishing relationships with the service provider towers ensuring effective communication through two-way feedback
- Providing expertise, knowledge and advice of best practice methodologies, regulatory requirements, policy imperatives, innovation and technological developments including utilising stakeholder knowledge and feedback as necessary
- Ensuring confidentiality always, only releasing confidential information obtained during employment to those acting in an official capacity in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act and its amendments
- Driving iterative development of products through recommendations arising from product evaluation and engagement, influencing, responding to national policy and scoping of wider clinical developments
