Service Desk Analyst
One of our major client is urgently looking for a fluent Swedish & Finish Service Desk Analyst for a rolling contract in Helsinki, Finland.
The Service Desk Analyst will have the following skill set and also will be responsible for the following:
* Strong in Communication skills and inter personal skills
* Should have good experience in troubleshooting hardware issues for both desktops and laptops.
* Should have knowledge on basic desktop issues, printer installations, AD, Exchange, Hardware issues, Wireless issues.
* Should have experience in Active Directory and desktop engineering
* Hands on experience on VPN troubleshooting skills
* Exposure to handling US calls.
* Hands on experience on VMware and VDI troubleshooting.
Role: Service Desk Analyst
Location: Helsinki, Finland
Language: Fluent in Swedish & Finish
Duration: 12months + (with possibility of extension)
