THE ROLE
The HRT (HR transformation) programme involves

Configuration and implementation of the new Employee Central (EC) Success Factors solution globally.
Definition and implementation of interfaces between existing HR and IT systems and EC for each roll-out.
Migration of employee, manager and pay/transactional data from existing systems to EC as well as associated reconciliation for each roll-out
The overall objective of this role is to lead the technical definition, configuration and implementation of the new EC SF solution in collaboration with the various HR and supplier teams globally. At design stage, this includes the definition and documentation of the 'As Is' and 'To Be' architecture as well as functional and technical design specifications in line with the group and local ie OE/branch specific requirements (legal, financial, regulatory, reporting and data) for the associated interfaces and data-migration from existing HRIT systems to the new EC solution. At implementation, this involves working with supplier teams to effectively support completion of build, test, cut-over and go-live as per the agreed design/specifications.
