Currently seeking a Sales Team Administrator, to fulfil a contractual requirement for my client based at their offices in Bracknell, due to commence August 2018 and continue until August 2019, with view for possible further extension.

Please find key details in regards to the role as per the below, provided by the client for your consideration:

We are looking for an assistant to support the sales teams in our Corporate & Enterprise Sales teams. It's a very busy role and no 2 days are the same so we need an experienced assistant who likes working as part of a team and is keen to get involved in duties outside the usual remit of an assistant. This position is Full time and based out of our Bracknell office

Pre-requisites for the role:

  • Experienced assistant with strong administrative skills

  • To be happy working as part of a team with requests coming from different people of differing levels

  • Must have good Outlook diary/inbox skills

  • Must be a self-starter and be self-motivated

  • Most importantly needs to be a very good multi tasker!

  • Good use of Powerpoint and Excel an advantage

We are looking for someone experienced who can hit the ground running, but training will be given by other assistants in the group, and you'll quickly grow in our nurturing environment, so the following is an example of the tasks you'll be engaged in on a daily basis.

Within 1 to 3 months

  • You'll be organising team meetings, 121s for managers and their team members and meetings with customers

  • You'll be managing travel arrangements for your teams

  • You'll book meeting rooms and catering where required

  • You'll help managers plan for the meetings with agendas etc

  • Help teams with their holiday and absence reporting using the HR programme - Workday

Within 3 to 6 months

  • Help district managers with their urgent emails and organise their inboxes

  • You'll become an expert on our purchase system - Smartbuy, and our intern IT ordering system

  • You'll help new starters that join the teams that you support and help your manager organise an induction programme for them.

  • You'll help organise customer events and dinners and staff training events!
