One of my clients based in Stockholm is currently looking for a Junior Technical Solution Responsible to join them in September for an initial contract until end of March 2019.
TASKS:
As TSR you will be in the center of the delivery, supporting different internal projects and securing quality of information and system landscape. You will handle expectations, requirements, requests and ensuring quality in the delivery at all times.
Tasks and responsibilities
Proactively driving the work to secure stable daily operations
Continually look for areas of improvement in service delivery and drive improvement work
Participating in project work to secure a stable productive environment
Create and maintain a good relationship with our main external supplier
Prioritize and report on operational work tasks within this delivery area
Drive continuous service improvement together with other teams both within IT and the teams from our main supplier
Follow up delivery and report continuously to Operational Area Responsible and applicable stakeholders
Responsible to establish and integrate operational IT processes needed for service delivery, internal and external
Establish and integrate processes needed to work with our partner. Work with process managers to improve internal processes and performance
Your competence
Experience from working with Application Operations & support in a large IT organization
A broad knowledge of IT infrastructure
Experience and knowledge of ITIL and ITSM, we use ServiceNow
Experience of participating in technical projects
Experience of working with external vendors
Experience of working with outsourced solutions
Good and documented leadership skills
Excellent communication skills and fluent in spoken and written English
Being customer oriented/focused
Drive, motivation and interest in working in a dynamic environment with constant changes
Competence to understand new requirements and their impact on existing services
Good at communicating problems/solutions both technically and on a higher level
SAP experiences
Meritorious
Experience and knowledge of working with large scale data center infrastructure
Knowledge of DevOps as a concept and experience from collaboration and communication between cross-departmental functions
Location: Stockholm - 5 days on site (NO REMOTE)
