Description
My client is looking to expand their team and are seeking a Big Data Engineer to join their team in Stockholm, Sweden who have an exciting portfolio of big data focused programmes to exploit.
This role will be integral to the core big data technology platform delivery team and will be responsible for designing the future platform by defining a high level agile process to transform the architecture and technology stack.
This role will suit a highly experienced Big Data SME who has recent experience in delivering Big Data solutions
Experience in the following technologies are;
Essential:
- Scala or Java
- Python
- Hadoop
- UNIX/Linux
Desirable:
- Spark
- Kafka
- Hive
- HBase
- Sqoop
